The Principles of Shitoryu

They are "the vision (eyes), footworks (legs), mind (spirits) and strength (muscles)".

·         "The vision" when you face an opponent, you have to catch his intentions by looking into his eyes.

·         "Footworks", means you have to train a lot to be really fast.

·         "Mind" means it’s your spirits that can make you deal with any situation without any surprise (calmness).

·         "Strength" the power you have. the power you trained your muscles, endurance and instantaneous actions.

These elements have to be built in deep inside you through your daily practice.
