What’s your “Chi” or “Ki” means ?

Believe it or not, even if your body get worse, looses strength, but you still have your Chi/Ki…and it can become stronger and stronger !!! your Chi is there. When you go to a Dojo they teach to use a kihap, Ki Up or Kiai …have you ever asked your self why do I have to shout ??? look into this,  if you practice to make your Chi/Ki stronger and stronger, you will get it to become stronger.
